Real Estate Properties
Milaha has an excellent track record of real estate development. Over the years, we’ve evolved from developing our own operating properties into a mature developer of investment properties which create excellent long-term shareholder value.

Our main expertise lies in identifying high-potential projects and selecting the most suitable architects, engineers and contractors to partner with us. Our team also handles leasing activities and ongoing property management functions.

While the vast majority of our real estate is office space, we also develop commercial, residential and industrial property. One of our recent projects in Qatar is Navigation Tower – a flagship Milaha project located in the West Bay. This 52-floor Grade-A tower is fully leased to a blue-chip tenant under a 10-year lease agreement.

Shareholdings
Milaha maintains a significant but targeted portfolio of investments in start-up and established companies in Qatar. These investments are either strategic – complementing Milaha’s core business – or purely financial to maximise returns on our shareholders’ capital.
